Account Executive
Salary range: $120 -150k Base + Super + Commission $250k OTE uncapped
Location: Sydney (CBD)

We are searching for 3 Accounts Executive to work in a fast-growing company, our trusted client is a leader at providing data analytics software and you will be part of a 3 people team who want to expand to 12 within the next 12-16 months
  
Role

As an Account Executive you will be part of their dynamic sales organisation, responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities 
  
  • Qualify deals, identify decision-makers, determine customer needs, present and demonstrate solutions, overcome objections, and close sales making you the owner of the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose the customer’s needs
  • Remain highly knowledgeable of the company’s products and target industries to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.

Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably B2B
  
Skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both spoken and written business English
  • Professional appearance and approach in person, email and phone
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and confident
