The company
Our client is a modern SaaS business delivering logistics solutions who is  rapidly growing, from growing it's product set; to launching in the US and expanding to offering a Warehouse Management System. 

Your role 

First Customer Success Manager, in charge of managing the entire post-sale cycle of around 250 accounts w/ 20 x large customers. 

Responsibilities  
  • Create, implement, and execute best practices and workflows to help support and manage customers effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your customers and assist them in getting the most out of the platform in collaboration with onboarding and customer support
  • Managing the entire post-sale cycle; up-sell, cross-sell, demo product, renew & retain
  • Averaging 15-20 new customers per month currently, will double in 1 year
  • Work proactively to identify potential problems early and support customers to overcome issues
  • Perform consistently and successfully across KPI’s and measures of revenue metrics, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics 
 
Package 

- $90k - $120k + super + comms circa $20k OTE
- Remote first

Requirements 

- 2+ years of proven successful CSM or AM experience within SaaS
- Pref. backgrounds Transport, Logistics Software (not essential)
